I like Audacity because we get to try new things. It is a program that you can make videos and ads about something or yourself. There are all kinds of things you can make in Audacity. In Audacity you can make blogs for things like video games. It is easy to learn quick in it. It took a second to get the hang of it though. Today in Multimedia we read “How Does Technology Affect Our Brains”. Does technology scrabble our brains or does it make us learn better how to multitask? It is known to be as addictive as drugs and alcohol, and if you know how addictive those these things are, they are very addictive. Technology lets us learn more about people and meet new people but it also makes us feel more lonely and jealous. You can see what people are doing by their posts and pictures. You can see if your friends are hanging out without you. They also can make fun of you on the Internet without having other people knowing about it. Suicide rates have gone up lots since technology has been around. You never know how the words are going to affect someone. People don’t realize that you need to have time off from technology. You don’t realize how much you are on your phone until you don’t have it. A Day Made of Glass
Today in Multimedia class we watched video called a “A Day Made of Glass”. They had touchscreen glass TV. They had a touchscreen stove on their counter. On the streets they had a Touch Screen map that they could look on. They had a plastic sheet book that they were reading on. They had walls they they could change things on. They had online shopping in the store that they were shopping at. They had a touchscreen car that would know your name and have the places you go named and then give you directions.
